Customers who purchase the Panasonic Integrated Pet Feeder & Water Dispenser (Model: CP-JNF04HW), download and register as a Petalife App user, and upload a single qualifying receipt/invoice image and warranty registration card image via the Petalife App, will be eligible to complete registration and receive a "Pet Space Pet Consultation Service e-Coupon^". 

After verification of eligibility by Petalife within three (3) working days, the customer will be issued the coupon within the Petalife App. The customer is responsible for contacting Pet Space clinic* to make an appointment, and must specify the intention to use the "Pet Space Pet Consultation Service e-Coupon" at the time of booking.

Once the appointment is confirmed by Pet Space clinic*, the customer must present the e-Coupon (containing a QR code) upon arrival to the clinic staff for scanning, to redeem the service. The coupon is valid for one year from the date of redemption.

1/ Each purchase of one Panasonic Integrated Pet Feeder & Water Dispenser (Model: CP-JNF04HW) entitles the customer to one "Pet Space Pet Consultation Service e-Coupon" (HK$400). The offer is applicable per purchase.
2/ Redemption is based on the single eligible original receipt/invoice and original warranty registration card. Each receipt/invoice and warranty registration card can only be registered once. If a customer attempts to register the same receipt/invoice and warranty registration card at multiple times, their eligibility will be automatically canceled without notification. Any incomplete, counterfeit, or damaged (including printing or any error-related issues), photocopied, or reprinted receipts/invoices and warranty registration cards will not be accepted.
3/ Upload of qualifying receipt/invoice images must clearly state:

4/ Upload of original, clear images of the warranty registration card
Ensure the warranty registration card (inside the product box) is fully filled out with model number, customer information, serial number, purchase date, and dealer name.
5/ The e-Coupon is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must not be resold. The e-coupon is valid for one year from the date of redemption and will expire afterward. It must be used within its validity period or before the promotion end date, which is March 31, 2027.

Please note that this offer is only applicable to routine general consultations conducted during regular business hours. For consultations outside of these hours, including emergency visits, customers will be required to pay any additional consultation fees and surcharges as stipulated by the respective veterinary clinic. All veterinarian-recommended or prescribed medications, diagnostic tests, imaging services (e.g., X-rays, ultrasounds), surgical procedures, treatments, vaccinations, retail products, and any follow-up services are excluded from this offer and will be charged separately.
2/ Applicable Pets: This offer is only applicable to cats and dogs.
