 Customers who purchase specified Rasonic Split Type Air Conditioner* must personally bring the original receipt/invoice (The delivery address must be in Macau New City Zone A) and warranty card to the below gift redemption center for registration and redemption^. Upon successful registration, customers will receive a selected Rasonic home appliance free and a "Rasonic Gift Confirmation Letter," which serves as a one-year warranty for this gift (starting from the redemption date).

^ Redemption Method:
1/ Each purchase of a specified Rasonic Split Type Air Conditioner* can entitle to redeem a selected Rasonic home appliance, and so on.

2/ Redemption is based on the single eligible original receipt/invoice and original warranty card. Each receipt/invoice and warranty card can only be registered once. If a customer attempts to register the same receipt/invoice and warranty card at multiple times, their eligibility will be automatically canceled without notification. Any incomplete, counterfeit, or damaged (including printing or any error-related issues), photocopied, or reprinted receipts/invoices and warranty cards will not be accepted.

3/ Presenting the Eligible & Original Receipt/Invoice:
The original receipt/invoice must clearly state:
(i) Merchant Name
(ii) Purchase of Rasonic Split Type Air Conditioner* model number and product name
(iii) Product Quantity
(iv) Purchase Date
(v) Receipt/Invoice Number

4/ Present a Valid and Clear Original Warranty Card:
Original warranty card (inside the product box) and ensure that the product name and model are filled in on the original warranty card.

5/ Present a Valid and Clear Proof of Address:
Provide a property handover letter or valid proof of address for New City Zone A, Macau.
